Passion for technology and education, have driven me to be part of the academy and promote digital ventures, all aimed at strengthening my leadership and management skills. Dentro de la Universidad de Los Andes en M\u00e9rida Venezuela, logr\u00f3 desarrollar m\u00faltiples ideas en materia de tecnolog\u00eda y educaci\u00f3n, liderando proyectos de tecnolog\u00eda educativa, acortando las entre el conocimiento y que desea aprender. Fortaleciendo sus potencialidades obtuvo su Doctorado en Gerencia Avanzada implementando mecanismos para la gesti\u00f3n de las organizaciones de los tiempos actuales, orientando ahora, sus competencias gerenciales a favor de los emprendimientos digitales, sin descuidar el campo educativo. Muchos fueron los proyectos consolidados dentro de la Universidad de Los Andes, la creaci\u00f3n de una plataforma de aprendizaje abierto y en l\u00ednea ulaX, liderando el equipo de la Maestr\u00eda en Educaci\u00f3n menci\u00f3n Inform\u00e1tica y Dise\u00f1o Instruccional, donde logr\u00f3 consolidar el perfil profesional de los egresados con una visi\u00f3n complementaria de la educaci\u00f3n mediada por la tecnolog\u00eda. Su permanente af\u00e1n de innovaci\u00f3n le permiti\u00f3 junto con su m\u00e1s cercana pupila generar sistemas de formaci\u00f3n en materia del dise\u00f1o Web centrado totalmente en el usuario, partiendo de los principios de la psicolog\u00eda del aprendizaje y del uso de la tecnolog\u00eda, de esta manera logra consolidar estructuras y dise\u00f1os que favorecen la experiencia del usuario dentro de cada Web dise\u00f1ada.<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":""},"yoast_head":"\n
